Bright golden yellow colour. Aromas of citrus, apple, pear and hints of white peach. A rich natural sparkling, fresh acidity and a fruity aftertaste.

Pairing with salty food like fries and deep-fried chicken and duck. The bubbles in the wine match perfectly with the fat of these foods.
