It's superb with porterhouse steak, braised pork belly, hearty lamb stews, portobello mushrooms and grilled burgers. Taste: This full bodied Californian Cabernet Sauvignon is in purplish red colour with aromas of berries, tart cherry, sweet oak, and cinnamon, on the palate Bold Blackberry and Cinnamon Spice. Winemaking : Different wines were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics each. Each block spends an average of 18 days on the Skins.
