Tasting Notes: Hennessy Fine de Cognac has a clear, pale amber robe. Light reflections make it softly transparent. On the nose, notes of white nougat and hazelnut evoke warm, pleasant tones, echoing its smooth texture. The palate responds to the first subtle impressions with a certain mellowness that suggests notes of Viennese coffee. Subdued notes of candied citrus and bergamot appear, followed in the finale by a light veil of freshness.

A Unique Blend: The eaux-de-vie in Fine de Cognac were selected for their floral and fruity aromas as well as their great integrity. After distillation, they are immediately placed in the Hennessy cellars, where they are preserved in ten-year-old oak casks in which three or four generations of eaux-de-vie have already been aged. The younger eaux-de-vie reveal notes of white grapefruit and orange blossom, adding extra vigor and vitality. The more mature eaux-de-vie are accentuating its delicately structured, round and mellow character.
